Privacy
What this site keeps about you, why, and for how long. Short, because there is little of it.
What is kept
- Your account: the name and email that Discord or Google gives the site when you sign in.
- Counts of what you do: which features you use, when, and in which campaign. Never what you write: no page text, titles or chat are part of them.
- Errors, with who they happened to, so a fault can be traced to its cause.
Why
To see what is used and what is not, and to fix what breaks. Nothing else is done with it.
How long
The detail of what you did is kept for 180 days. After that only daily totals remain, which name nobody. Errors are kept for 30 days.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Nothing is shared or sold, there are no ads, and no third-party trackers run on the site. The counts are kept in the site's own database and read by its owner.
Leaving yourself out
On your account page, tick “Leave me out of usage counts” and nothing you do is counted from then on.
