Laying out a page
GMA page is a stack of blocks — text, images, lists of related pages. Add, reorder and tune them.
1Add a block
Choose Add block at the bottom of a page, or hover any block and choose the + in its left margin to insert one right after it.
The choices are Content (text), Image, Link, File, Reference (another page shown in place), Map, Encounter, Character sheet, Homebrew rules entry, Roll table, Notes, and the lists: Children, Siblings, Mentions, Recent references and Recent sessions. A list a page already has is marked added.
2Reorder
Hover a block and drag it by the grip in the left margin. The page reads top to bottom in whatever order you leave it.
3Change how a block looks
The sliders icon in the margin opens Block settings. Width sets a block to full, two-thirds, half or a third, so blocks can sit side by side.
Lists also have Display — Auto, Cards, List, Grid, Gallery, Chips or Hidden — with finer controls under Advanced. Auto picks a sensible layout from what the pages contain, so most of the time you can leave it.
4Delete a block
The bin icon removes a block at once and shows Block deleted with an Undo button.
