Getting ready
GMStage what you will need, from the wiki or from the table. There is no separate prep screen.
1Stage from a page
A page's header has Stage and Put on the table, beside Delete. Staging keeps the page waiting under Staged at the Table Top; putting it on the table opens it in front of everyone now. Each button says so once it is done, and pressing it again takes it back.
On a page with a map on it, or an encounter planned on it, each button opens a short list instead: the page itself, each of its maps and each of its encounters. Tick what you want.
2Work through what is staged
At the foot of the toolbox, Staged · 3 (the count is what is waiting) lists it in the order you drag it into. The screen-and-arrow button lays a thing on the table; the × takes it off the list (it is kept in the wiki). A staged thing's name opens it for editing in another tab, so the table stays where it is. A staged character or creature has the same sheet button as a row on the table, so you can read and play an NPC before it is ever laid down; a prepared encounter has Preview. Recently put away under the same heading holds what has lately come off the table.
3Things made at the table
Everything has a page. A map made from a picture at the table gets a page by its name. Anything made there that nobody has been shown yet (an encounter with no map, for one) is kept under a page called Made at the table, which only you can see. Rename it or move things out of it as you would any page; revealing something under it moves it to the top of the wiki.
4Pick the story up
At the foot of the campaign's home page, for you alone, Behind the screen gathers Last time at the table, Loose threads, Follow-ups to bring to the table and Recently updated pages.
Loose threads come from a Loose Threads heading in your most recent session notes. Mark handled clears a follow-up once you have dealt with it; Reopen brings it back.
