Campaign settings

GMOne page for your people, the game the campaign plays, and the table's smaller preferences.

  1. 1What the page holds

Open Settings in the sidebar. The page has five sections, in this order: People, Rules, The table, Connections and Archive. Everyone in the campaign sees People; the rest are the GM's, and Archive is the owner's.

The table's preferences (how cards are dealt, what a day passes with, token frames) can also be changed where they are used, at the Table Top and on the map. Either place changes the same setting.

  2. 2What this campaign plays

Under Rules, What this campaign plays lists the games you can choose, such as Savage Worlds Adventure Edition, Adventure Edition, and Nothing, it's a wiki. Pick one and choose Save. A line below counts the campaign's homebrew entries and the pages they are on.

Changing the game keeps every page's sheets exactly as they are, but the Table Top plays only the new rules. If a fight is running when you change it, you are warned first; choose Change the rules and the fight is stopped and put back as prepared.

  3. 3A campaign with no game

A new campaign starts playing nothing. The first time you open Table Top, a card asks What does this campaign play?; you can answer there or later under Settings. Until then your players see a note that the GM has not set the game rules yet, and sheet and rules blocks are not offered when adding a block. The wiki, sessions and maps work as before. Answer Nothing, it's a wiki and Table Top leaves the sidebar altogether; picking a game under Settings brings it back.
